I’m from a small town in New Jersey. I worked in Interior Design and Real Estate, with a packed schedule attempting to please and perfect through the things I “should” do. I was anxious, disassociated and disconnected from my true self seeking solutions from everything outside of myself, struggling to understand the meaning of life and why I was so sensitive.
